Anti aging treatment is one of the most looked up phrases on every search engines.  Why, because people want to look younger and younger each year.  People want to either not age, slow the aging process or reverse the aging process.  What do you want out of your skin?  Obviously we all do not want to look our age or look older than what we are but what are you doing do keep your skin looking young?  I hope you just do not apply treatment and continue your life as normal.  I say this because products only will not help you but products and a healthy lifestyle will help you.

We know that as we get older so does our skin.  Natural aging, sun spots, blotches scars and wrinkles will physically transform our faces, which cause our glow to be virtually nonexistent.  Overexposure to the sun, poor health/nutrition, stress, frustration, anxiety, unusual sleep patterns and even some medications can also lead to old looking skin.  Therefore, can products help, yes; however altering into a better living lifestyle can maximize results.  In summary, it is not just treatment creams that one needs to be concerned with.  All of us need to not only apply anti aging treatment but to make sure we exercise and eat healthy as well.

Pampering Your Skin The Right Way

The skin is said to be the largest organ in our body. Unfortunately, like most things that are right under our noses, it is also the one organ that is usually taken for granted.

Here are three ways by which you can pamper your skin:

  1. A facial mask is a good way to make your skin tighter and hydrated. If you are suffering from acne, facial masks can help clean out your pores and exfoliate your skin.
  2. Another way to remove dead skin cells is by having a body scrub. The most popular type of body scrub is the sugar scrub. it helps makes the skin soft and smooth restoring its youthful shine.
  3. If you want to make your skin supple while losing a few inches off your waist, having a body wrap is a good option. Usually lasting for a little over than an hour, body wraps work by allowing your skin to sweat out harmful toxins while opening the pores to let in vitamins and minerals contained in the body wrap.

If you are worried about having to break your piggy bank, you can actually opt to buy your own essential spa tool kit and just do your own spa treatment within the comforts of your own home.

What is the Use of TeaTree Oil?

posted by Mijas Inc
April 2, 2010

There is a long history of the use of teatree oil and it’s traditional uses.   The aboriginals of Australian were documented of using tea tree leaves for healing skin cut, burns and all the alike by crushing the leaves and placing them to the affected area.

What does tea tree oil contain?  Fair question, it contains consituents which is more commonly known as terpenoids.  This is significant because this has been found to have antiseptic and antifungal activity. Why would people use tea tree oils?  Tea tree oils are commonly used for acne and athletes foot.

Although this oil is natural, it is imperative that you also know a few safety concerns.  There are possibilities of allergic reactions that may include mild contact dermatitis to severe blisters and even rashes.  Undiluted tea tree oils may cause irritation, redness, blistering, and itching to skin.  You want to be careful of taking tea tree oil because it is not to be taken internally AT ALL.  Doing this may cause impaired immune function, diarrhea, and potentially fatal central nervous system depression or excessive drowsiness, confusion, and even may leave you in a coma.  Obviously, if this happens please seek medical attention if you experience symptoms of overdose; which include excessive drowsiness, diarrhea and vomiting.  Women, please do not this oil if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.  Lastly, ALWAYS keep your children and pets away from your tea tree oil supply.
